Lip Blush is a form of semi permanent cosmetic tattoo of the lips, giving a definition and the illusion of fullness. For the full results, 2 treatments are required 6 to 8 weeks apart. This treatment gives very natural results once healed, which lasts up to 18 months but in some cases up to 3 years depending on your skin type and your life style.  You can choose a shade from the Perma Blend Luxe or Phi bespoke lip pigment ranges, which will be deposited via a tiny mechanized needle into your lips, building layers of colour. At Oh Hello You Beauty we are fully certified and insured as well as licensed by Portsmouth City Council to carry out cosmetic tattooing also known as semi permanent make up or micro pigmentation. ​We are committed to insuring safety for our clients and patch test must be performed at least 48 hour in advance of your appointment and we only use pigments which comply with the 2022 EU REACH regulations.
