High Definition Brows

What are HD Brows and how does it work?

HD Brows is the trademark of High Definition Brows Ltd, and is the number one salon treatment for brows in the UK. HD Brows are a bespoke eyebrow treatment which is completely tailored to the shape of your face combined with your brow aims. It’s so much more than your standard brow wax and tint treatment. A bespoke brow tint colour will be chosen and your brows will be designed and shaped through tinting, waxing, threading, plucking and finishing. You’ll love your brows once you’ve had the HD Brow experience.

The benefits:

It’s a great treatment for someone with sparse brows who wants to try having fuller brows, as part of the finishing process you’ll have your brows filled in with HD Brows make up and you’ll be put on a brow regrowth programme to help you achieve fuller brows in the future. You’ll also get a mini brow make up lesson.

Prior to the treatment:

You’ll need to have a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment to test for PPD which has very small percentage in the brow tint.

HD Brows procedure:

The room will be sanitized before you arrive. When you arrive, we will go through the procedure, the desired outcome and health and safety which would have been discussed with you beforehand. You can ask as many questions as you wish before the treatment takes place. Age identification will be checked then you will read and sign the consent form and before photos will be taken. A HD Brows tidy disposable tidy towel will be placed over your clothing and then your brow area will be cleansed with a gentle make up remover.  The custom blended brow tint will be applied to your brow hairs to complement your skin tone, hair tone and overall style. Your eye brows will then be designed and you’ll be shown in a mirror the shape and any alterations can be made before we start the treatment. Once you’re happy with the shape, the heat of the wax will be tested on your forearm to check the temperature. The brow hairs around the chosen brow shape will then be waxed off, then a calming solution will be applied to the skin where the waxing has taken place. Then you’ll be asked to stretch your skin in order for the threading to take place. The purpose of threading is to blend away the tell tale signs of waxing. Tweezers will be used to pluck any brow hairs which weren’t removed during waxing or threading. Lastly, finishing with HD Brow products. You’ll be shown where regrowth needs to occur and how to achieve with HD Brow products mini makeup tutorial specialised to your brows. After photos will be taken.
